Can not create an new instance

I've tried 3 times and in 2 different browsers to create an instance, it reloads the dashboard with "Deploying New Instance" but doesn't update the page to show me that it's creating it. I waited long enough for an instance to be created and refresh the page but no instances were created. Did I miss something?

   Hi Nolan-

   Sorry this was a bug that got deployed yesterday , I have fixed it now and you should be able to build and instance without issues. Please let me know if you have any more problems.
